- 1 Apple, washed and cored
- 1 Tsp Canola Oil
- ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions
1.
Wash Hands Wash hands with soap and water.
2.
Preheat Oven Preheat oven to 350°F.
3.
Mix Ingredients In a small bowl, add the oats, oil, cinnamon and brown sugar.
4.
Core & Fill Apple Place cored apple in small baking dish and fill apple with oat filling.
5.
Bake In Oven Place dish in oven and bake for 45-60 minutes or until apple has softened. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
6.
Serve and Enjoy Eat filling and inside of apple, leaving the skin, as it may be more difficult to digest. Enjoy!
7.
Wash Hands Wash hands with soap and water.
