  • ½ Cup Vanilla, Coconut-Based Yogurt (such as So Delicious®)
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Ice (if cold beverages do not cause symptoms)
  • DDairy:

    Replace the low-fat milk with a dairy-free version.

  • NNuts:

    Replace the peanut butter with a nut-free version.

Instructions

    Blend Ingredients Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for approximately 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
