  • ¼ lb Carrots
  • 1 Large Celery Stalk, washed with ends trimmed
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 6 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, fat trimmed
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
