- 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, washed
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Tsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
1.
Wash Hands Wash hands with soap and water.
2.
Preheat Oven Preheat oven to 400°F. Evenly coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3.
Prep Tomatoes Spread tomatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the tomatoes and stir to evenly coat.
4.
Roast Tomatoes Place tomatoes in the oven and roast until the tomatoes are wrinkled and beginning to brown on the bottom, approximately 15-20 minutes.
5.
Wash Hands Wash hands with soap and water.
