  • ½ Ripe Banana
  • ½ Cup Vanilla, Coconut-Based Yogurt (such as So Delicious®)
  • 1 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Ice (omit if cold is bothersome)

    Use a dairy-free alternative for the yogurt

    Use a nut-free butter

Instructions

  • 1.

    Wash Hands Wash hands with soap and water.

    Blend Ingredients Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for approximately 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
