  • 1 Cup Berry Low-Fat Kefir, pasteurized
  • 1 Cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado
  • 1 Large Banana, frozen
  • DDairy:

    Use a non-dairy kefir or non-dairy yogurt alternative

Instructions

    Wash Hands Wash hands with soap and water.

    Blend Ingredients Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for approximately 1-2 minutes, until smooth.

    Serve & Enjoy Once fully blended, serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
