Season & Enjoy Finally, add nutmeg and salt and pepper, to taste. Use alfredo sauce to top pasta, vegetables or protein foods, like shrimp or chicken.

Omit cream and use full-fat coconut milk. Omit Parmesan cheese and use a non-dairy cheese alternative.
